The Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair Board is thrilled to announce that there will be a 2021 Fair! The Fair has been an essential family-oriented community and agricultural event in Western Kentucky for over 100 years. In that time, midway attractions and acts, livestock shows, and amusement rides have changed but one thing has always remained the same, the commitment to provide quality entertainment and valued services to the community. The Hopkins County-Madisonville Fairgrounds has been voted “Nicest Fairgrounds Around” and continues to receive statewide awards. Most recently the Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair was awarded the top State recognition of “Most Progressive Fair” in Kentucky by the Ky Department of Agriculture. The Hopkins County-Madisonville Fair continues to impress visitors to Hopkins County as well as local residents. The fair dates are July 27 through July 31, 2021. This year’s fair will include the traditional carnival rides provided by James H. Drew Exposition, games, and tasty fair treats as well as two days of tractor/truck pulls and motor cross racing. Beauty pageants, FFA and 4H events, the Flores Circus Thrill Show and new this year Full Throttle Monster Truck show will make for an exciting week.
