Fundamentals of Facility Management (3 Day Course)
This interactive program facility managers the core skills needed to run safe, efficient, and cost-effective facilities. Participants learn practical strategies through real-world examples, group activities, and an applied action-plan project. No prior facility management experience is required.
Upon completing this 12-hour program, participants will be able to:
