Lunch Sponsor - $2,500
Showcase Sponsor - $600
Foursome - $500
Hole Sponsor - $300
**If you do not pay at the time of registration, you will have until May 8th to get your payment to us. If we do not have your payment before the tournament, you WILL NOT PLAY.

You MUST indicate if you need an A.M. or P.M. Team! Also, please put in the comment section whether you DO or DO NOT need us to provide your team golf carts. If you do not indicate which one, you will not have carts to play.
