LOCATION:Event parking is at Parkway Plaza Mall in Madisonville. Shuttles will take attendees to the West Kentucky Archery Complex on Grapevine Road where the ceremony takes place. First shuttle to the event runs at 10:15 a.m.\, others to follow at about 10-minute intervals until 11:20 a.m. Ceremony begins at 11:30. Heavy appetizers will be served prior to and following the ceremony. The first shuttle back to the mall will depart shortly after the conclusion of the ceremony. Final shuttle will depart for the mall at 2 p.m.
